    Your Role

    As a Therapist or Counselor with Sympatico Health Alliance, you will:

    Provide individual and group therapy for residents experiencing behavioral health concerns, emotional challenges, and substance use disorders

    Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and guide patients through their care journey

    Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers, nursing teams, and facility staff to deliver whole-person care

    Offer coaching and support to caregivers managing behavior-related concerns

    Deliver clinical services through a blend of on-site visits and telehealth, based on patient and facility needs

    What We’re Looking For

    Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical field

    Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (or equivalent credential in your state)

    Experience with substance use disorders, trauma, or co-occurring psychiatric conditions preferred

    Strong clinical documentation skills and a collaborative, compassionate approach to care

    Ability to travel to assigned facilities within your region
