    About Us

We’re a busy medical and surgical podiatry practice focused on excellent patient care in a supportive, team-first environment. We’re looking for a Lead Medical Assistant who enjoys both direct patient care and guiding clinical flow. This is not a sit-down desk job—you’ll be moving in and out of rooms, assisting providers chairside, and balancing both clinical and administrative duties. We understand some growth in this role may be needed, and we’re committed to investing in the right person to help them succeed. Even if you don’t meet all the criteria, we encourage you to apply with a strong cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for this position.

    What You’ll Do

Assist providers with procedures and patient care (rooming, vitals, injections, suture removal, etc.) chairside

Oversee and support the Medical Assistant team

Coordinate daily clinical flow and ensure efficiency

Train, mentor, and onboard new MAs

Document in EMR (ModMed experience a plus)

Draft and refine protocols to improve workflow, safety, and consistency

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

Restock supplies, sterilize instruments, and process biopsy samples

Foster a culture where constructive feedback is given and received openly and respectfully

    What We’re Looking For

5+ years of Medical Assistant experience (certification required, CCMA, RMA, or equivalent)

    1+ year in a lead/supervisory role (preferred)

Experience in a surgical/procedural private practice (preferred)

EMR proficiency (ModMed, E-Clinical Works, or similar)

Bilingual English/Spanish (not required, but a plus)

    Leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

Growth mindset and willingness to develop in the role

    Benefits & Compensation

Compensation ranges from $22 to $25/hr, commensurate with experience, skills, and long-term contribution

Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay

    Health and Dental Benefits

    401(k), retirement, and profit sharing

Supportive team culture with growth opportunities

    Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm (depending on the last patient of the day)

Occasional half-day Saturday coverage (approximately every 6 weeks)
