About the Role:

Join TINY TREASURES ACADEMY INC as a Lead Preschool Teacher and make a meaningful impact on young minds in a nurturing environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about early childhood development and eager to inspire creativity and growth in our little learners.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

Assess and monitor children's progress through observation and documentation.

Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development and address any concerns.

Create a positive and stimulating atmosphere that nurtures curiosity and imagination.

Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom volunteers.

Maintain compliance with all state and local regulations regarding early childhood education.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.

Valid state teaching license or certification in early childhood education.

Strong understanding of child development principles and best teaching practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.

Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
