Core Competencies

• Dispatch vehicles and chauffeurs strategically to save on fuel costs and minimal down time

• Answer phone calls and emails, handle accordingly

• Take Reservations (via phone, email, or fax) and enter Client Profiles into livery software

• Assist with preparing vehicles if needed

• Be a team player to support co-workers to achieve company objectives

• Perform other duties as assigned task

Essential Functions

• Handle quotes with detailed information and accurately input in livery software

• Immediately handle client incidents and coordinate with VP as needed

• Ensure Dispatch garage upkeep with order of supplies, cleaning, filing and routine office task

• Create and manage system of checks and balances for internal Quality Control

• Meet weekly to go over Key Performance Indicators and updates on activities

• Track chauffeur portal accuracy and assist them with training on smartphone

Job Type: Full-time, EVENING POSITION, SUNDAY - THURSDAY, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. 

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 p/year
