Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED Required
- Associates Degree in Engineering or Business preferred
- LEAN Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in LEAN or continuous improvement roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistic settings
- Lean Management experience, to include strong leadership skills, ability to build and lead teams to attain objectives & performance, ability to coach and develop others
- Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint (Reports, Pivot Tables, Macros), Excel, Auto Cad
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (technical writing skills)
- Knowledge of policies, programs, regulations and procedures; as they relate to ISO standards and procedures
- Safely and efficiently operating forklift: Loading and unloading pallets
