    ROLE OVERVIEW 

    Reporting to the Manager, Customer Solutions Design a Customer Solutions Designer is responsible for supporting our proprietary decisioning engine, validating algorithms, and serving as an escalation point for our Customer Service Team. Leveraging your critical thinking, attention to detail, and customer-centric mentality you'll improve the speed, accuracy, and clarity we deliver the power of our decisioning engine to our customers. As a decision engine expert, we'll look to you to help inform the business of the effectiveness of the solution for our customers, escalate and work with product management to prioritize and resolve customer impacting issues, execute root engineering updates to the solution, and consult customers on the most effective risk factors for their business.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    ●3+ years Enterprise B2B SaaS experience as a Risk Analyst, Data Analyst or Business Consultant

    ●Communication ninja adept at translating complex technical matters into simple actionable directives

    ●Critical thinking, exceptional teaching, and problem-solving guru

    ●Grasp of programming language concepts and applications

    ●Mission-oriented individual passionate about making a difference and building something greater than yourself

    ●Thrive in rapidly changing environments with no issue rolling up your sleeves to get the job done

    ●Your cool as ice and loved by your peers for the joy you bring working with them

    ●Bachelor's Degree in statistics, economics, finance or mathematics or something similar

    PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

    ●Ability to read and write Javascript, Bash, or something similar

    ●Familiarity with Atlassian products
