About the Role:

Equity Property Partners is looking for a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA! In this role, you'll be the face of our properties — connecting prospective residents with their next home and driving occupancy through exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents

Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner

Process rental applications, run background and credit checks, and verify eligibility

Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with local and state regulations

Maintain accurate records of leads, traffic, and occupancy using property management software

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract qualified prospects

Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents to support lease renewals

Requirements:

1+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude

Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) a plus

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

High school diploma or equivalent required; real estate license a plus

Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
