• Client contact
• Document preparation
• Intake (opening letters/no-fault)
• Drafting / filing summons and complaints
• Drafting / filing bill of particulars
• Drafting / filing discovery demands and responses to said demands
• Drafting note of issue
• Trial preparation
• Drafting / serving trial subpoenas
• Following for expert witnesses, etc.
