The graphics designer is responsible for providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work under strict deadlines. The Graphics Design role reports to the Vice President of Marketing.Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Creating presentations, product packaging, pitches and/or proposals for distribution, collateral, advertising print and digital, social media assets and event collateralAssisting in the development of materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositionsDeveloping creative materials and performing the production and quality control of marketing collateralCoordinating production of materials, including packaging artwork, assembling final layouts for print, and working with printers as requiredKeeping digital assets organized Qualifications:Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, related discipline or equivalent experience preferredProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress Interest in learning and supporting a multi-media production environment including animation, videography and photographyComfortable in a fast-paced environment with an eagerness to grow and develop the LEDI marketing department through support, creativity and excellenceSelf-starter, detail-oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given timeExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to complete tasks on time with strong attention to detailLighting design experience not required, but preferredJob Type: Full-time, 8-5, M-FLocation: Office based/LEDI HeadquartersBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
