    Job Summary

    We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. Under the direction of the practice owners and practice administrator, the individual will be responsible for managing financial statements, bookkeeping, and accounting software. They will also handle finance-related tasks such as journal entries. Additionally, the role involves supporting HR functions and tasks for 50+ employees.

    Qualifications

    Experience in managing financial statements, bookkeeping, and accounting software.

    Knowledge of finance and journal entries (accounting).

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

    Proficiency in MS Office, Quickbooks accounting, and Medical Practice Management software.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    Experience in HR functions (administering payroll, benefits, and employee onboarding) is preferred.

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field.
