This postion is for our Duluth Ga office and we are in urgent need of two Reps in our small call center.
Handle a large volume of incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, provide updates, and gather feedback.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
Utilize computer systems to accurately document customer interactions, update customer information, and process orders or requests.
Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Provide accurate and efficient solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Manage time effectively to meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
