Job Description: AV Technician
REPORTS TO: Technical Production Lead
Overview: Front line LEMG team members who directly provide our services for our Clients onsite.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance
- Assist in the prep and de-prep of LEMG equipment
- Assist in the care of LEMG inventory including regular inventory inspection
Event Prep, Setup and Teardown
- Will assist in prepping equipment as specified within Client estimate
- Will assist in loading vehicle for transport to job location and drive if needed
- Will setup equipment as designed and ensure it is ready to operate at the agreed upon time
- Will tear down equipment after event and ensure it is loaded back in vehicle for transportation back to LEMG warehouse
Event Operation
- Primary requirement is to operate LEMG equipment onsite with skill and efficiency
- Ensure Client requirements are being met onsite and will respond as needed
- Oversee stagehand labor assigned to your system
- Ensure PM requests are being met onsite
- Responsible for the proper function of your system (audio, video, lighting, etc)
- Will assist all departments as needed
Ongoing Improvement
- LEMG values continued education and personal improvement. You will research and submit requests for ongoing education opportunities
- Technical Production Lead will also recommend other opportunities for continuing education to ensure our staff is trained in skills that are aligned to our company strategy
