    Job Description

    DIVISIONAL MANAGER - BALTIMORE BRANCH 

    PLUMBING SERVICE SALES DIVISION  

    THE DIVISIONAL BRANCH SALES MANAGER IS ACCOUNTABLE AND PROVIDES LEADERSHIP TO THE PLUMBING DIVISION. 

    THE POSITION HAS FULL P&L ACCOUNTABILITY, DRIVES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A MULTI-MILLION-DOLLAR RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING SERVICE OPERATION. THROUGH THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF THE SERVICE MANAGERS, THE BRANCH MANAGER OVERSEES THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS AND BRANCH OPERATIONS.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  

      

    Full P&L Accountability for the Branch Location.  

      

    Develop and communicate a Business Plan tied to the area of responsibility; motivate and fully mobilize the organization to achieve the Business Plan.  

      

    Increase revenue level and gross profit goals through Business Development; i.e. geographical expansion; new lines of service, etc.  

      

    Run and direct professional sales organization: accountability over sales conversion rate, revenue, profitability, customer service.   

      

    Organizational Development: work in partnership with Executive Team to develop a winning organization through career pathing and training/development.  

      

    Recruit, retain and develop talent to successfully drive high levels of performance to meet revenue and profitability targets following company’s KPI’s and performance driven business model.   

      

    Drive the organization to consistently deliver on our brand promise of ‘same day’ service and an excellent customer service experience at every touch point in the service delivery cycle.  

      

    Participate in the full development of a Training and Onboarding program to include technical, soft skills, Safety/OSHA, ride-alongs, coaching both at the Managerial, Professional and Technician.  

      

    QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:  

      

    Outstanding leadership and communication skills at all levels of the organization.  

      

    Demonstrate high levels of collaboration cross-functionally  

      

    Excellent business acumen; Ability to develop, communicate and carry out a Business Plan.  

      

    Strong analytical Skills: review, interpret, draw conclusions and formulate actions based on KPI’s and other data.  

      

    EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:  

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration highly preferred.  

    5+ years experience in the Service Industry in a managerial role with a proven history of; P&L Accountability, Sales, Training/Development, Sales/Operations; Customer Service.  

      

    Sales experience strongly desirable.  

      

    OSHA/SAFETY Experience.  

      

    Experience in similar consumer - service industry: Plumbing, HVAC, Home Improvement, Construction would be helpful.
