SUMMARY:

LENDVIA has an immediate need for Loan Officers in Sherman Oaks, CA to answer calls from its nationwide direct mail marketing campaign. These are direct mail solicitations to consumers who we believe stand to benefit from a debt consolidation type of loan product. LENDVIA is fully compliant with all marketing rules and regulations. Therefore, we do not use auto-dialer, texting, or email marketing. We simply do high volume direct mail and some internet marketing that drives traffic online to our website. This passive approach to marketing ensures that when customers call, they are calling under their own volition and interest in the products and services we offer. These are prospects who want to talk to you.

Located on the 11th floor of the Comerica Bank building in the Sherman Oaks Galleria, in the financial district of Sherman Oaks, CA, LENDVIA is a start up but operates as an affiliate branch of an established parent company based in Irvine, CA that staffs over 100 employees and does business under another name.

LENDVIA is looking for positive and energetic Loan Officers who will work directly under the supervision of the Sales Manager in a 2,000 sqft call center office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude.
• Ability to work minimum eight-hour work days with six to seven hours of daily talk time.
• Commitment to work an assigned work schedule with perfect attendance and working at least one Saturday a month.
• Willingness and ability to manage pipeline prospects to enhance conversion and sales.
• Read from scripts to ensure compliance.
• Heavy data input using company software and systems.
• Properly secure and handle confidential consumer information and credit reports.
• Use sales techniques and systems to speak to consumers and close sales.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

REQUIREMENTS:

Loan Officers must have the following skills, qualifications and abilities:

• Positive and high energy attitude a must.
• Phone sales and call center experience required.
• Mortgage, finance, collection and debt settlement experience preferred.
• NMLS License great but not required.
• Great verbal communication skills with strong follow up discipline.
• Must pass a background check against fraud.
• Typing and clerical skills needed.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills helpful.

HOURS AND SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work will vary according to Lendvia's business needs. Evening and weekend work may be required. Loan Coaches must be available to work overtime as required by the company.
