    Job Summary:

    Leonardo Physical Therapy has been caring for the Greater Wilmington community for over 25 years. We are a physical therapist owned and operated clinic, which focuses on orthopedic injuries. Patient population ranges across the life span from young athletes to geriatric patients. Leonardo Physical Therapy is growing and we are actively looking to add additional Licensed Physical Therapists to our team. We pride ourselves in excellence in patient care. Some of the physical therapy treatments we employ are, but not limited to:

    MLS Class IV Laser Therapy Certified Graston Providers Orthotic Fabrication Running Assessments Skilled Manual Therapies Gym Program

    The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated Physical Therapist who takes pride in their work and enjoys continual learning exeperiences. We work with patients to achieve their goals and to "recapture their life". If you love what you do and want to join a team of like minded physical therapists, we are interested in meeting with you.

    Responsibilities: Physical Therapy evaluation of patients of varying ages with musculoskeletal dysfunction Develop approriate physical therapy treatment plans and goals based on findings Document physical therapy findings to ensure compliance with insurance and federal regulations Manage patient's progress throughout their physical therapy plan of care Accurately bill for physical therapy services rendered in a timely fashion Collaborate with other physical therapists and support staff Other clinical duties as assigned by clinical manager Work 32-40 hours week with an expectation that at least 2 evening shifts will be worked.

    Qualifications/Expectations:

    Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts Current CPR certification Basic computer skills Committed to personal continued education Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Timely and effective documentation skills Ability to work together with other staff for optimal patient care

    At least 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, but willing to work with the right candidate.
