The NETWORK ENGINEER II is responsible for the development of system and network engineering designs for IT projects. The position researches, analyzes, evaluates, and integrates as necessary new and emerging technologies in order to deliver a superior IT environment to the customer in a cost effective and secure manner. The role is responsible for security management, exchange administrator, and management of the SQL server environment.

  • Microsoft Active Directory support
• SQL DBA
  • Management of SQL server environment
• VMware Architect
  • Design/Build/Manage all aspects of VMWare EST/vSphere and View environments
• Data Center Design
  • Designs system/network/power/cooling/cable of data center
• Exchange Administrator
  • Manages all aspects of email systems
• BizTalk Administrator
  • Manages all aspects of BizTalk environment
• Phone System Engineer
  • Builds/Manages Telephone and Call Center infrastructure and software
• Security System Architect/Admin
  • Builds Access systems and controls
  • Camera Systems
• Facility Engineer - managing the following for facilities
  • Network and Cabling
  • Power/Electrical
  • Painting
  • Construction
• Purchasing
  • Handles the purchasing of all IT products
• Production System Development/Support
  • Responsible for the software used to pay taxing authorities, maintain and write code
• Disaster Recovery
  • Responsible for design/implementation of IT disaster recovery solutions

This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience as a Network Engineer supporting SANS, SQL SERVER, Exchange, Sharepoint, and other Microsoft systems
• High School diploma or equivalent
