Summary of Role
We’re seeking an experienced Vice President (VP) of Finance with extensive operational leadership to oversee a high-performing team. As a strong leader, communicator and skilled financial analyst, the VP of Finance will streamline our budgeting and financial reporting processes. The VP of Finance will also produce thorough financial-status reports for senior managers to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth of client SMBs, both internal and external client companies. The VP of Finance manages onboarding, transforming and servicing clients with full-service finance, accounting, business intelligence, strategy, digital transformation, governance and compliance. The VP of Finance will be responsible for full implementation of controllership, accounting systems, treasury management, audit and robust reporting.
The top priorities for the VP of Finance will be to lead the accounting team, manage day-to-day institutional grade accounting operation, deliver precise, accurate financial reporting, fully engage in client communication for seamless delivery of key information and provide core support in other specialty areas offered by Level Up on Finance, while managing companies planning, projections and reporting requirements.
