Outside Sales Representatives are focused on generating new business opportunities as well as supporting existing customers for LFA Machines, Tablet Presses, Capsule Fillers, Mixers, Excipients and other related products and services. The fundamental role of Outside Sales Representatives is to drive new business opportunities with recurring consumable sales or create opportunities with key accounts.
OUR IDEAL LOCATIONS FOR THIS POSITION ARE NEAR MAJOR AIRPORTS: Salt Lake City (UT), Denver (CO), Phoenix (AZ) and Las Vegas (NV), although we are also interested in the North East and California.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Generating leads through calling (including cold calling), digital outreach, and emailing.
On-site visits to current and prospective customers.
Increasing sales for LFA products and services, with a focus on recurring consumable business, as well as increasing the quantity of customers, and sales' value and recurrence.
Following the Sales Playbook.
Closing recurring business.
Building and strengthening customer relations through e.g. on site visits, trade show appointments.
Collaborating with other departments (internal sales, customer support...) to assist current and prospective customers and the sales process.
Update and make notes on the CRM as well as follow the required steps to move the sale to completion.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: This position will require a home office and a travel requirement of 50% inside your state or nearby states and, at times, nationwide.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years experience in outside sales and cold calling
Background in sales in the following industries desirable: food, tableting and encapsulation, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, medical
Resilience, persistence and high drive
Have a driver's license and their own their own vehicle (there will be mileage reimbursement for company related trips and journeys)
Self starter with a track record of success in adverse scenarios
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent networking skills and capacity to maintain business relationships
Be part of an industry association like the NPA or awards/certifications from industry organizations desirable

BASE SALARY of $65,000 to $75,000 for someone with 5+ years of experience in a similar position with a proven track record of success. OTE of $100,000 with commission structure. Commission structure is an annual plan with an opportunity for a portion paid every month based on successful performance according to KPI’s.
