STAFFING RECRUITER

8:00AM TO 5:00PM

LOCATION: HACIENDA HEIGHTS, CA

PAY:$17- $18.00 (DEPEND ON EXPERIENCE)

SUMMARY:

Reputable staffing firm located in the City of Hacienda Heights is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team!

1. Handle all inbound calls with superb phone etiquette, screening of phone calls, transferring calls, take messages and/or help expedite calls
2. Hand application(s) to qualified personnel, verify proper completion, grade assessment tests and complete I-9 form
3. Process new applicant and enter info to E-verify
4. Verify completion of application, archive files in alphabetical order
5. Interview applicants and assist with placement of all levels of candidates
6. Data entry and filing of daily applications; must maintain confidentiality; accurate data entry attention to detail be organized and able to multi-task
7. Recruiting for various positions (general labor to skilled and clerical), source for applicants via CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Cal-Jobs, Indeed and conduct interviews
8. Deliver high quality service to clients/employees

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience working in the Staffing Industry (Recruiter)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• MUST have a go-getter attitude and can meet deadlines
• College education a plus
