    We are a high-growth organization looking to accelerate the development and commercialization of high-quality therapeutics worldwide. We currently have offices in Colorado, California, Texas, Kentucky, Florida, and Israel and are searching for a Logistics Coordinator for our Erlanger, KY or Boca Raton, FL location.

    The Logistics Coordinator should assume general responsibility for an overview of all shipments from point of transit to the US, up until the clients’ door. This includes customs releases, warehousing, and any Stateside transit. The Logistics Coordinator will work alongside the Logistics, Warehouse team and closely with the Warehouse Manager and QA to manage the receipt of shipments, as well as with the Sales Reps to ensure clients’ needs are met and consignments are delivered according to their requirements. They should have excellent communication skills and be a team player.

     ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Entering Sales Orders into the system.
    • Material releases - submit docs to FDA, work with shipping agents/FedEx as required.
    • Instruction of shipping agents on delivery of materials from the port.
    • Warehouse functions –
      • Ensure the arrival of materials at the warehouse.
      • Check drums/paperwork/labeling.
      • Warehouse transfers where necessary
      • Instruct on shipments to other warehouses/clients via relevant documentation in the ERP system.
    • Handling of Customer Returns – including liaising with the client for physical return, logging the return in ERP, and liaising with Supplier Side Team for vendor returns where necessary, and with reference to Quality Dept as required.
    •  Log process for all customer shipments from any dispatches from warehouses in the US other than LGM, where shipment log is not generated by any other team member.
    •  Keeping clients and sales reps updated of delivery schedules on pending orders.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s level or equivalent education.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in international logistics, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably in SAP, and a generally high level of computer proficiency.
    • Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
    • Must be outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, and an organized team player.
    • High attention to detail and meticulous level of accuracy.
    • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
    • Native-level proficiency in English.

    Pay: $42k-55k
