    We currently have an open position for a Supply Chain Planner, for the Irvine, Ca location.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Demand Planning : Leverage historical data, market trends, and demand patterns to craft accurate and timely forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely product availability.

    • Procurement Strategy : Collaborate with suppliers, assess procurement alternatives, and negotiate terms to secure the most favorable prices and conditions for materials and products. Implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs while upholding product quality.

    • Inventory Optimization : Monitor and adjust inventory levels to prevent overstock or understock situations. Identify and implement strategies to minimize carrying costs.

    • Data Analysis : Scrutinize supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Review raw materials for all sales order confirmations. Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.

    • Performance Reporting : Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on supply chain performance, KPIs, and other pertinent metrics. Present findings and recommendations to the management team.

    • Supplier Collaboration : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, quality assurance, and continual enhancement of supply chain processes.

    • Process Enhancement : Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements in the supply chain. Implement and monitor changes for effectiveness.

    • Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, production, project management, and sales, to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are a plus.

    • 5+ year experience in supply chain analysis, forecasting, and purchasing, preferably in a related industry.

    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

    • High proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

    • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
