Cleans and maintains the interior of the building by sweeping and mopping all floors in manufacturing and packaging areas.
Maintains sanitary log form by entering date and initialing daily.
Prepares cleaning agent solutions.
Cleans all portable equipment such as scoops, spatulas, stainless steel containers, plastic drums, utility carts, and tables.
Cleans all portable equipment from compounding such as fitzmill, oven’s trays, hand screens, v-blenders, ribbon blenders, and oscillators.
Performs sanitation of all manufacturing rooms.
Removes old labels and relabels drums, pallets and containers. Weighs containers and writes tare weight on new labels.
Aids compounding department by putting plastic liners in drums and removes trash from rooms during compounding process.
Performs inventory of gowning supplies; ensures all departments have gowning supplies available such as gloves, dust masks, arm sleeves, back support etc.
Other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required.
0+ years of related experience, some experience desired.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and compute percentages in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
Able to work with others in a positive team environment.
