We are ahigh-growth organization looking to accelerate the development andcommercialization of high-quality therapeutics worldwide. We have offices inCalifornia, Texas, Kentucky, Florida and Israel and are searching for a Production Control Clerk.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversees the cycle (to apply, issue, close) raw material to jobs in ERP system.
• Performs all raw material reconciliations.
• Conducts green tag inventory adjustments as well as other adjustments needed for production, packaging, and R&D.
• Keeps track of inventory for production supplies, is responsible for placing orders when necessary.
• Maintains inventory of uniforms, audits uniform orders and invoices.
• Coordinates the quarterly employee supplement program.  Collects employee orders, keys them on the system and oversees the distribution of all orders.
• Reviews and completes calculations on process sheets prior to submitting them to QA.
• Participates in annual inventory count.
• Maintains customer specific reports.

ASSOCIATED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Other related duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• One year certificate from college or technical/vocational school or at least six months related experience and/or training.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
• Accurate spelling and grammar.
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
