    We are ahigh-growth organization looking to accelerate the development andcommercialization of high-quality therapeutics worldwide. We have offices inCalifornia, Texas, Kentucky, Florida and Israel and are searching for a Production Control Clerk for our Irvine, CA location.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:  

    • Reviews batch records for errors/omissions related to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and calculations.
    • Completes calculations on batch records as needed.
    • Monitors inputs of inventory cards in spread sheet and performs inventory card reconciliations and filing when all associated material is consumed.
    • Makes inventory adjustments in ERP system as necessary.
    • Completes transactions and closure batches on MRP system.
    • Works with Finance to remove reject material for scraping.
    • Supports collection of direct and indirect labor hours in ERP system by running reports to verify accurate entries and makes corrections as needed.
    • Keeps track of inventory for production supplies, is responsible for placing orders when necessary.
    • Participates in inventory counts.
    • Develops and maintains spreadsheets for tracking KPI’s.

     QUALIFICATIONS:  

    • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
    • 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferred
    • Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs
    • Minimum one year experience with and ERP system SAP, preferred
    • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
    • Great communication skills both written and verbal
    • Great organizational skills
    • A good team player with a positive attitude
    • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) required
    • Detail Oriented
