  • Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversees the cycle (to apply, issue, close) raw material to jobs in ERP system.
    • Performs all raw material reconciliations.
    • Conducts green tag inventory adjustments as well as other adjustments needed for production, packaging, and R&D.
    • Completes Material Transfer forms and complete transactions in the ERP system
    • Manage Inventory cards flow, closing and filing the cards when closed until archiving in Doc Control.
    • Participates in annual inventory count.
    • Manage records of components inventory by locations until a barcode system is introduce a new Warehouse Management System and assign inventory cards to all components.
    • Keeps organize the warehouse and stage material for the subsequent lots to be packaged.
    • Assists in receiving product in DECOM or other similar software.
    • Assists with order shipment once received from contract customer service. Schedule trucks as needed. Perform shipping events in Deacom or other similar software.
    • Operates a forklift and pallet jack.
    • Completes calculations and reviews Packaging Reports prior to submitting them to QA.

    • Other related duties as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
    • 6+ months experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs.
    • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
    • Great communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Accurate spelling and grammar.
    • A good team player with a positive attitude
    • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
