Oversees the cycle (to apply, issue, close) raw material to jobs in ERP system.
Performs all raw material reconciliations.
Conducts green tag inventory adjustments as well as other adjustments needed for production, packaging, and R&D.
Completes Material Transfer forms and complete transactions in the ERP system
Manage Inventory cards flow, closing and filing the cards when closed until archiving in Doc Control.
Participates in annual inventory count.
Manage records of components inventory by locations until a barcode system is introduce a new Warehouse Management System and assign inventory cards to all components.
Keeps organize the warehouse and stage material for the subsequent lots to be packaged.
Assists in receiving product in DECOM or other similar software.
Assists with order shipment once received from contract customer service. Schedule trucks as needed. Perform shipping events in Deacom or other similar software.
Operates a forklift and pallet jack.
Completes calculations and reviews Packaging Reports prior to submitting them to QA.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
6+ months experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Great communication skills both written and verbal.
