Responsibilities: Train team members on open house best practices Network to source new business as needed Respond to all listing leads and potential buyers in a timely fashion in order to build client base Provide listing presentations for leads Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick sales Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Always has a professional demeanor Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Strong ability to communicate through both forms of oral and written communication Ability to convert lead inquiries to appointments with strong phone skills Completes tasks quickly and efficently Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
