LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Perform routine patient assessments, including vital signs and health screenings.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with facility policies.
Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a secure and regulated environment.
Flexibility to adapt to facility schedules, including potential weekends or holidays.
