    Job Title: Clinical Manager – Behavioral Healthcare Services / Mental Health Location: Washington, D.C. Rate: $65/hour Schedule: Full-Time

    About the Role We are seeking a licensed and experienced Clinical Manager (LICSW or LPC) to lead our Behavioral Healthcare Services team. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight, supervision, and direct care to ensure high-quality, person-centered mental health services for children, youth, adults, and families. The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician with strong leadership abilities, a passion for recovery-oriented care, and a commitment to cultural competence and excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Care Oversight

    Oversee comprehensive care for clients across programs, ensuring continuity and quality.

    Manage DDS programs and supervise assigned staff.

    Review, sign, and close client progress notes; maintain 100% documentation compliance.

    Provide at least 10 hours/week of direct clinical services, including psychotherapy, case management, and rehabilitation.

    Conduct screenings, evaluations, and intakes for new service requests.

    Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

    Manage crisis interventions and escalate as appropriate.

    Maintain high accuracy and timely entry of data in EHR systems.

    Supervision & Leadership

    Provide clinical supervision to case managers, therapists, and interns.

    Review and approve treatment plans within 24 hours.

    Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.

    Ensure staff maintain active credentials and meet continuing education requirements.

    Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

    General Responsibilities

    Uphold ethical and professional standards.

    Adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

    Participate in professional development and training.

    Identify and report safety, risk, or compliance issues promptly.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Master’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

    Experience providing behavioral health services to children, youth, adults, and/or families in individual and group settings.

    Unrestricted DC license (LICSW or LPC).

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screening, TB test, and provide academic transcripts and three professional references.

    CAQH profile completed within 30 days of hire.
