Renault Winery is hiring responsible, safety‑focused Waterfront Lifeguards for the Egg Harbor City Lake & Campground. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all lake and campground guests.

If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a hospitality‑focused team, and helping guests create memorable experiences, this is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain active surveillance of lake swimming areas.

• Enforce safety rules clearly, consistently, and professionally.

• Respond immediately and effectively to water emergencies.

• Perform open-water rescues when necessary.

• Administer first aid, CPR, and any required emergency care.

• Conduct regular safety checks of the lake, equipment, and surrounding areas.

• Interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid Waterfront Lifeguard Certification (e.g., American Red Cross Lifeguarding with Waterfront Skills).

• Current CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers certification.

• Ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various summer conditions.

Renault Winery will certify any lifeguard we hire.

How it works:

- You pay upfront for the required waterfront lifeguard course.

- If you successfully complete the full summer season in good standing, Renault Winery will reimburse the full certification cost.
