    We are seeking a dynamic Steward Supervisor to join our team. A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.

    Responsibilities

    Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

    Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel

    Monthly inventory of all chemicals and cleaning supplies

    Responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of F&B Stewards

    Enforce nightly, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for each F&B outlet

    Work directly with third party vendors responsible for hotel maintenance that may include, but is not limited to, pick-up, recycling programs, hood cleaning, oven maintenance, etc.

    Maintain safety standards throughout all F&B outlets

    Notify the maintenance department of any problems with cleaning equipment and hood systems

    Maintain government standards for chemicals and health department codes

    Adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos and verbal instructions

    Maintain “open door” communication with employees

    Assist Executive Steward in training, guiding and managing personnel

    Ensure staff understands their job expectations before holding them accountable

    Maintain awareness of documentation needed and retained in employee files

    Be familiar with all safety and emergency procedures including OSHA requirements
