    Job Description

    Receptionist needed for a manufacturing company in the City of Santa Fe Springs.

    Please note this position is a full time/long term opportunity for an essential business. They are operating their normal business hours, while enforcing additional safety procedures due to COVID-19.     SUMMARY: To support the company goals through effective administrative techniques, quality customer service and coordinating aspects of daily operational functions by performing the following duties. To communicate a quality and professional image of RD Rubber Technology Corporation.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following in accordance with company policies & procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

    1. Deliver all aspects of general office, clerical and administrative support. Receptionist Duties including answering phone, dispatching calls, greeting visitors, disposition of facsimile documents & mail. Monitor receptionist and general company emails and requests by researching and responding in timely manner. Maintenance of office equipment.

    2. Efficient and expeditious filing while maintaining strict guidelines per company and customer requirements (ITAR).

    3. Assist and support Office Manager and Management team with various document preparation to include promotional mailings, labels, assist in preparation of reports and various other correspondence.

    4. Manage customer quotations (set up & preparation). Weekly report of incomplete quotes to Management. Assist customer order processing & packing lists, certs & arrangements for associated freight documents. Collect documentation for printing, copying, scanning and shipping.

    5. Light Accounting Duties (coding supplier invoices, filing customer invoices, assist in other related duties as needed).

    6. Responsible for purchasing and management activities related to office and shop supplies including coordinating with the various departments. Follow up with vendors on quotes and pending purchase orders. Reconciling month-end inventories.

    7. Job Boss Tasks: order entry, job maintenance, issue Job Travelers, purchase and record inventory, time keeping including data entry.

    8. Assist and support daily operational functions.

    9. Perform other related duties and cross-train in other areas as assigned.

    EDUCATION:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent.
