Job Description

LINQM is looking for a Consumer Loan Processor RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inputs indirect consumer auto and Green Living loan applications into the credit union Symitar Loan Origination System (LOS), obtains loan documentation, as required, and assists with ordering property titles, as needed.
2. Reviews loan application documentation and works with the Loan Officers to complete the loan decision process.
3. Prepares loan documents for closing and coordinates closing with branches.
4. Communicates with auto dealership and solar vendor personnel regarding status updates on the loan funding progress.
5. Maintains loan application logs, pipeline reports, and funded loan files.
6. Follows established workflow to insure that operations are handled in an efficient and timely manner.
7. Ensures that all credit union policies and procedures are performed in accordance with guidelines and directives.
8. Keeps management informed of material changes and special situations that could compromise credit union’s assets and/or policies and procedures in regards to loan processing.
