    Job Title: Pre-school Teacher

    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pre-school Teacher to join our daycare center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children ages 3 to 5 years old. As a Pre-school Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and curriculum, assessing each child's individual needs, and providing a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement lesson plans and activities that are appropriate for the age and development level of the children in the classroom.

    Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.

    Foster positive relationships with children and their families through open communication, parent-teacher conferences, and regular updates on their child's progress.

    Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor each child's progress and development.

    Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and consistent curriculum across all classrooms.

    Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets all licensing and safety regulations.

    Attend regular staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

    At least 2 years of experience working with pre-school age children in a licensed daycare or pre-school setting

    Strong knowledge of early childhood development and education best practices

    Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that meet each child's individual needs and abilities

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and their families

    Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to provide a cohesive and consistent curriculum across all classrooms

    Familiarity with state licensing regulations and safety standards for preschool classrooms
