    We’re looking for a proactive, highly-organized listing coordinator to play a key role on our growing team. You’ll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database. You’ll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. Our ideal candidate can operate with a high level of professionalism and juggle multiple listings efficiently, all while staying focused and helping others with a smile. Responsibilities: Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process • Responsible for successfully managing all pre-listing and listing activities until the property is under contract -- Including: preparing pre-listing documents, researching tax records, ordering yard signs, putting property in the Private Network on the MLS, creating listings sheets, setting up showings, scheduling open houses, and tracking progress throughout the entire pre-list stage • Must be able to handle multiple listings at various stages in the listing process • Utilize established checklist systems to ensure critical steps in the process are met • Maintain LIV BIZ calendar as the go-to place for all benchmarks of our Listings including Staging, Going Live, and Open House dates • Create property folders online and file all related documents • Manage relationships with clients, agents, service providers, and team members • Proactively communicate with listing specialists, clients, stagers, contractors, photographer, and other team members to ensure the pre-list and listing process is seamless and all deadlines are met • Respond to and resolve all client inquiries within 24 hours • Provide weekly updates to clients on showing activity and potential changes to their listings including price reduction conversations • Follow-up with other agents for showing feedback, questions or interest on listings • Keep team members updated on the progress of listings and advise them when their involvement is needed • Encourage referrals from clients during pre-list to contract process, utilizing LIV Partners established scripts • Monitor weekly, monthly, and yearly goals for listings • Attend and be prepared for all weekly team and staging planning meetings • Assist with marketing responsibilities for the listing process • Create listing brochures, social media posts and other campaigns in Canva, Bomb Bomb or current CRM • Promote all LIV Partners’ new listings on Social Media Platforms • Later in the role, the ability to create systems on top of implementing the systems we currently utilize Qualifications: Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel Thrives on providing excellent customer service Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license • High school graduate; college degree a plus • Real estate experience and/or licensed agent is preferred, but not required • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, can empathize, and easily establish rapport and build relationships with a variety of personalities • Polished, poised, maintains grace under pressure and professional demeanor in person, over the phone, through email, and on social media • Must be comfortable asking for referrals from clients and sphere • Extremely organized and methodical; independently prioritize work and effectively time blocks to ensure orderly and timely workflow • Strong attention to detail and high-level of accuracy with documents • Concerned with doing things the right way the first time • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities • Can handle multiple deadlines • Must like change and be able to work with changing processes and with changing priorities • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues (experience with MLS, DotLoop, Trello, Canva, Google Suite- a plus, MS Word, Excel, FB, Instagram and LinkedIn) • Strong typing and computer skill • Independent, responsible, self-starter who does not need micro-management • Demonstrate high level of accountability, initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills • Strong desire for growth (personal/professional) • Be a team player and play to win • Must be available to work in the office Monday-Friday (40 hours/week) and available evenings and weekends as needed (real estate isn’t just 9-5) Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000
