Responsibilities: Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Discuss goals to successfully choose a house • Show properties to buyers • Manage the transaction start to finish to meet the client's expectations Qualifications: Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Friendly and outgoing • High level of integrity • Smart and motivated by success • Humble and a team player • Outstanding customer service • REAL ESTATE LICENSE IN OREGON OR IN THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING A LICENSE Compensation: $65,000 - $125,000
