Build a specialty caseload focused on older adults while also supporting families and caregivers.
You’ll work with clients navigating:
Life transitions and retirement
Grief and loss
Chronic illness and health changes
Caregiver stress and family dynamics
Anxiety, depression, and loneliness
You’ll also have opportunities to engage in community outreach with local providers and senior communities.

Competitive compensation: $65,000–$95,000+

🧑⚕️ What You’ll Do
Provide therapy primarily to older adults, support families and caregivers, conduct assessments and treatment planning, provide grief and life transition support, collaborate with care teams, and participate in occasional outreach.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
Active LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, or LPC license in Michigan
Passion for and experience working with older adults and families
Strong empathy and relational presence
Experience with grief or life transitions preferred
Strong documentation skills and professional boundaries
📅 Expectations
Full-time caseload averaging 25 sessions/week
In-office at least 4 days/week
Regular supervision and team meetings
