OVERVIEW:

We are seeking that naturally tech savvy person who likely programed the time on their microwave correctly for our receptionist/tech support position. This cheerful person will answer most of our incoming phone calls, help maintain our office and office supplies, and learn to provide entry level troubleshooting. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

         Answer Phones and Transfer Calls

         Monitor shared email(s) and distribute needs

         Processing mail

         Processing Checks/Bank Deposits

         Receiving Minimal Amounts of Guests

         Run Minimal Errands

         Manage Office Supplies

         Managing interoffice vendors for the printer, shredder, water, coffee etc.

         Entry level troubleshooting

         Some scheduling

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

         Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.

         Ability to be physically fit and climb, stoop, lift and

         Hold a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.

         Ability to work independently

         Ability to remain focused and effectively multi-task within a fast-paced & dynamic environment

         Motivated team player with positive attitude and desire to learn and deliver high-quality work

         Strong customer service skills and genuine desire to interact with customers; professional appearance

         High school diploma or equivalent required.
