About the Role:

Join Noble Therapy NY as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities:

Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address relational and emotional issues.

Develop tailored treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive client care.

Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Engage in community outreach and networking to promote mental health awareness.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

Current LMFT licensure in New York State.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Strong understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic modalities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client welfare.

Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
