Experience as a systems analyst or a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or analytical field and three years of experience as a systems analyst.

Recent experience in gathering requirements, quality assurance testing and/or knowledge of the UI Benefits, Tax and/or Appeals Systems.

Experience conducting fit/gap sessions, performing system configuration, conducting testing including UAT and developing training documentation.

Experience preparing project documentation such as: system requirement specification, functional design specifications, architectural diagrams, flowcharts, screen prototypes, wireframes, interface specifications, data migration rules, logical workflow charts, database design specifications and data warehouse design specifications.

Experience with a document management system (object storage system is preferred).

Skill in developing creative and workable solutions to complex problems.

Knowledge of SDLC (agile, waterfall) principles and practices.
