The Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) plays a key leadership role within our
agency by providing clinical services, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance
with state and CARF standards. The LMHP also serves as a resource and advocate for clients

Complete Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR) initial assessments.
Administer and score LOCUS/CALOCUS assessments as an approved Clinical Evaluator.
Complete intake packets for new clients and ensure all documentation is accurate and
submitted in a timely manner.
Schedule and coordinate clinical assessments with the Clinical Supervisor.
Prepare and document recovery-focused progress notes and treatment-related
documentation.

Actively participate in individual care conferences, treatment planning, discharge planning,
