_ LMS Training Coordinator role based in Scarborough, ME (100% Onsite)_

Description:

• We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage the Quality System Training Program.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on the learning process, including the LMS
• Communicate, monitor, and promote learning activities
• Author and review learning documentation/material
• Support audit readiness to ensure successful inspection results related to the Learning system and processes
• Ensure training program meets quality standards
• Coordinate and support completion of training programs to meet cGMP requirements

Required Skills:

• Heavy data entry with no/minimal instructional design or teaching/training duties.
• Experience with multiple electronic systems, specifically LMS.
• Data entry background important
• Working with QMS systems
• Software design, engineering, and chemistry backgrounds have been successful.
• Experience in a regulated environment.

Pay range:

$25/hr. -$30/hr.
