About the Role:

We are seeking a licensed LMSW/LGPC to join our team at Ellie Mental Health Owings Mills. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual therapy sessions

Maintain caseload of 28 - 30 clients weekly

Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress

Requirements:

Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)

Experience working in a mental health setting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
