About the Role:

TRI Center Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated LMSW or LMHC to join our team in New York, NY. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care

Connect clients with community resources, referrals, and support services

Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

Active New York State LMSW or LMHC licensure required. Limited permit acceptable.

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field

Experience in direct clinical practice, case management, or counseling services

Proficiency in conducting biopsychosocial assessments and crisis intervention

Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based therapeutic modalities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration

Compassionate, culturally competent, and client-focused approach to care
