Responsibilities:
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
Medication Reminders:
Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
Support clients in managing their medication routines.
Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
Laundry & Light Housekeeping:
Launder clothes & sheets to ensure hygiene.
Light housekeeping to maintain a safe & clean environment.
Companionship and Social Interaction:
Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
Health Monitoring:
Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
Document care provided and any notable observations.
Qualifications:
Current New Hampshire LNA certificate preferred.
2+ years of experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
Valid Driver’s License & insurance with reliable vehicle.
Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
