About: This position is an entry level position in the finance industry. The Teller/Financial Service Representative provides support and personal service to our members. This position requires direct communication with members, time management, precise communication and data entry skills. Duties: -Interact with members via telephone and face-to-face -Process transactions including: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc... -Cross-sell productions and services by advising members of features and benefits -Maintain member accounts (open/close) -Willingly perform all other duties and projects assigned. Requirements: Due to the nature of our business, qualified applicants must: -have good personal credit -prior banking experience a plus, but not required -be detail oriented -be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding the English language -possess the ability to tactfully deal with members and general public -have willingness to work harmoniously with other staff members -be dependable, self-motivated, require minimal supervision and able to work 30-40 hours per week between the hours of 8:45am - 5:00pm Local Union 392 Federal Credit Union is an equal opportunity employer.
