Full Charge Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant
Role and Responsibilities Perform all day to day accounting functions including recording of bills, receipts, invoices and disbursements. In addition, handling all payroll functions for the organization. Prepare monthly and annual reports. Prepare documents and schedules for the organization’s annual audit. Qualifications and Education Requirements Two or four year degree in accounting preferred; completion of a bookkeeping certificate program considered. Preferred Skills Knowledge of quickbooks, word, excel and adp total payroll. Additional Notes There will be some additional administrative/clerical duties required from time to time. OT as required, including some weekends/evenings. Salary commensurate with experience. $52,000 +
