Essential Functions:
This is a full-time position (with overtime, when necessary), in which you will be assisting our installers in creating solar arrays on residential roofs, from assembling the racking to attaching the inverters and solar panels. This is a great opportunity to learn about the rapidly expanding solar industry! Quality-hardworking people who wish to work in the Solar industry. We are looking for roof help to assist our solar installation team. Applicants do not need solar PV experience to apply.
Required Qualifications:
1 year of work experience in construction and/or roofing environment
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
Must have worked with heights and ladders; preferably roofing work
Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold)
Must be able to work well with others
Assist in the communication of the job status data to operations management
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
Must have a valid driver’s license
Pay will depend on the applicant’s experience.
