DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Accurately enter information into the billing system - Answer Phone
· Verify correctness of all information - Talk to drivers
· Assemble paperwork from drivers - Mail
· Other duties as assigned
· Access steamship websites to enter freight moved

· Strong aptitude for working with numbers
· Ability to handle detail and not get flustered
· Multi-task…the ability to do several things together
· Ability to meet deadlines without supervision
· Knowledge of trucking terminology
