Open Position:
General Accountant
Duties and Responsibilities:
This unique General Accountant requires hands-on experience on all facets of book-keeping processes and technical skills readily available to serve in a high-growth environment where teamwork, creative problem solving and ownership taking are highly valued.
A/P being the primary contribution, this role would be cross trained to support A/R, A/R collections, Fixed Asset, and GL functions, wherever needed.
· A/P: Tasks associated with A/P Entry, A/P Payment/Write -off, Fixed Asset, and two-way reconciliation to and from the Bank Statement
· A/R: Tasks associated with A/R billing, Cash Receipts/Refund, Collections, Sales Tax, and two-way reconciliation to and from the Bank Statement
· GL: Bank recon, Balance Sheet recon
· Inventory: Tasks associated with Inventory, Import Documentation, PO Tracking and Closing.
· Flexibility in assigned roles and tasks.
· Please note that it is not a remote position.
Candidate Qualifications:
· Highly effective communication skills
· Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent MS Excel Skills (Pivot Table and V-lookup are required)
· Extraordinary attention to details
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and/or the equivalent hands-on experience
