Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

You are passionate about learning and helping children reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual children and creating an engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Work with children of various ages and temperaments.

Keep the classroom clean, tidy, and safe.

Work with children to help them develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually.

Implement daily activities based on the students' individual needs.

Monitor and evaluate students' progress.

Help ensure that children are well rested, fed, and prepared for kindergarten.

Qualifications:

EEC teaching certification

Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
